You may smoke on the rooftop deck but do not leave any butts or paraphernalia around and be mindful of other guests on the deck. The unit is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery. Across the street is a new park, a bicycle store and within walking distance are many restaurants, bars and a spa. Lyft and Uber are both also available. Check out RTD-Denver to jump on the bus stop just on the corner of our block! This is fully self check-in, you'll be given two access codes, one to the front door and one to the apartment unit. You may park in the parking lot to the left of the building by the flower mural. There are signs that say 2 hour parking but they are not enforced.
