Fully stocked with premium cookware and gadgets like a crockpot and blender, it’s perfect for large groups. A propane grill is also available for easy outdoor dining.

Top Level Game Area: This light-filled level is the ultimate hangout, featuring a pool table, arcade games (Ms. Pac-Man and The Simpsons), and a lounge with a large HD TV. It includes a convenient kitchenette/bar area and a guest bedroom with two queen beds and sweeping treetop views, plus a half bathroom.

Private Bedroom Suites: The middle floors are home to the private bedroom suites, with the exception of one jack-and-jill bathroom. This thoughtful, multi-story layout ensures the home never feels crowded, even at full capacity.

Ground Level: This floor is an entertainment hub, featuring a bedroom with bunk beds, a full bathroom, and dual laundry units. One garage has been transformed into a premier game room—complete with Big Buck Hunter, shuffleboard, and life-sized chess—which opens directly to an oversized, 14-foot "Swim Spa" hot tub and a relaxation area.

A $500 security deposit applies the fee will be refunded if no damages were reported after departure. The home accommodates up to 31 guests; $200 per guest will be added to the property's nightly price for each guest beyond 16. Please also note that the event fee starts at $500.
