The space flows seamlessly into the dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or hosting game nights with friends.
The home includes two bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, complete with a full tub and a skylight that fills the room with natural light. One bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other has a queen-sized bed. At the back of the house, off the porch entry, is a small office space, perfect for getting some work done or having a quiet moment.
Downstairs, you'll find a spacious, lower-level retreat with a large, comfy couch and a TV equipped with Roku streaming services for entertainment. This level also includes a third bedroom with a full sized bed and another office area, along with a full second bathroom for added convenience.
This home is all about creating a laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy good company, fun games and relaxation all while being surrounded by art and creative inspiration.
The area has a suburban feel but is still just a short drive or bike ride to Denver's bustling downtown, making it a convenient base for exploring the city without being right in the middle of the action.
