Upper Level: Quiet Retreats & Exclusive Views The top floor is dedicated to peaceful rest, maximum privacy, and the best views the house offers. Master Suite: The show-stopper! Features a King bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a large tiled shower, and exclusive access to a second, private upper deck. Guest Rooms: Includes the cozy Queen Bedroom and the fun Bunk Room (Twin Bunk w/ Trundle, sleeps 3) with an HD TV. Loft Hangout: A perfect reading nook or extra sleeping space with a comfortable Trundle Bed overlooking the living room. Upstairs Laundry: A shared full bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a full-sized washer and dryer (detergent provided). Guests can access the entire cabin as well as our playground and communal spaces on the resort property. There is a new community firepit and cornhole game in front of the Grand Lodge. The Lobby, located at the front of the property by Fall River Road, offers a paid guest laundry room, pamphlets for local attractions, and a coffee bar. You can access the door with your cabin code. Travel is easiest by car. We offer free, ample parking on our circle driveway. Please note that you do need All-Wheel Drive or Four-Wheel Drive to access this house. We keep the road plowed and salted to the best of our abilities. The winding road can be difficult to navigate in the dark and in the snow. We are in the wilderness of Colorado. There are bears, elk, deer, sheep and numerous other wild animals that also call the mountains home. Respect their space and do not keep any trash or food outside unattended. We have an animal proof dumpster on our property for any trash. Do not feed the wildlife! It is illegal to feed any wildlife in Colorado and you could get a fine. This includes deer, elk, birds, bears and rodents! Thank you! Designed with group comfort in mind — guests may coordinate meal preparation or hosted evenings if desired.
