Nestled along a serene river, The Riverside Cabins offer the perfect base for adventurists seeking a mix of thrilling activities and cozy comforts. Spend your days fishing in the river’s crystal-clear waters, hiking through scenic trails, or tubing down the river for an adrenaline rush. Afterward, enjoy relaxing next to the river enjoying the stars. Book your stay today and make memories that will last a lifetime!
Walk into this cabin and you immediately feel the coziness with a gas fireplace. There is a cozy King size bed in the living area with views of the River. You will also have a comfy love seat to enjoy the fire and one dining table with two chairs to enjoy your meal after a long day of adventuring!
Walk from the main area to the kitchen where you will find a refrigerator, gas stove/oven, toaster, microwave, coffee and all the cookware and dishes you need! Enjoy small dining table set for two in the main living area. If you prefer to grill then walk out the back door to your own fenced in private patio and enjoy some grilling and fresh mountain air!
The bathroom has been remodeled complete with shower, fresh towels and eco friendly soaps!
This cabin as been fully remodeled and ready for you to come and enjoy! It shares a front porch with the cabin next door. If you are looking for more places for friends and family to stay please ask about additional accommodations as we do have 9 other cabins throughout the property! There is also a shared gas firepit out front by the river to enjoy!
You should easily be able to access our property with any vehicle however in winter it is recommened anywhere in the Colorado Mountains have AWD or 4WD. Our property is plowed and shoveled.
Parking- please use the One Way road to get to your cabin to unload your things. Always go the same direction to get back to the parking lot. The road is not wide enough for two vehicles to pass each other in certain spots
Wildlife: We are in the mountains and do have wildlife walking through the property regularly such as Black Bears, Elk, Bobcats, Fox and Deer. That being said these are wild animals and we are in their space so please enjoy them but keep a safe distance. Never approach them and please do not leave any food in your vehicle or outside. Lock your car at all times and please throw food garbage in our bear proof container on the property up by the Lodge.
Quiet Hours 7pm-7am
River and Fire Bans- The River is cold mountain run off and is also at times very deep and fast. Please be aware of this and stay a safe distance when enjoying! We will let you know about any fire bans that might come up in the area.
WIFI: the wifi is great, however we are in the canyon and depending on weather etc it can be a bit spotty.

We had a wonderful one night stay. It was the perfect location to wind down at night and start your morning in a peaceful way. Loved hearing the water and enjoyed the cabin!
The place was excellent and as advertised in the photos. Very relaxing location right by the river.
Our stay was a great balance of woodsy getaway and modern creature comforts. Heidi was responsive and helpful with tips and instruction. We loved sitting next to the river with some wine.
