Driveway is plowed in snowy months and the cleaner shovels front steps/access to front door. It may snow again before your arrival and you might have to shovel front steps. Guest Requirements Prior to Booking: ** Must be at least 21 years old and has completed Airbnb's ID verification ** All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 25 years old ** It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules. ** Public transportation is available as well as ridesharing companies. Beautiful home with lovely upgrades throughout including a large kitchen island. Everything was nice and clean and plenty of amenities to feel at home. Although there are neighbors nearby you hardly know they are there with the trees on the property providing some privacy. Nice and quiet area for a get away yet conveniently close to town. Highly recommend!

The place is great! Beautiful interiors and well located very close to Breckenridge. Roman/Jill are very responsive and accommodated a late checkout for us as well! We really enjoyed the games room!

The property is off the County road and is plowed regularly. 4 wheel drive is recommended in snowy months (Oct - April). Driveway is plowed in snowy months and the cleaner shovels front steps/access to front door. It may snow again before your arrival and you might have to shovel front steps.
