Welcome to the Blacksmith Cabin in beautiful Lyons, Colorado! Our Blacksmith Cabin is an old (1883) cabin with its own wood burning fireplace. Approximately four miles west of Lyons and 16 miles east of Estes Park. Newly renovated and furnished to provide a cozy mountain vacation experience. Come enjoy the fresh mountain air along the river, head up to Rocky Mountain National Park for some amazing views and great hiking, or head to the town of Lyons for some great local food and beverages

The Blacksmith Cabin is located on right along the St. Vrain River! There are 10 cabins other cabins our property and we pride ourselves in keeping it private and natural so everyone can enjoy the beauty of the mountains. We are less then 8min to Lyons and about 15min to Estes Park, 20min to RMNP and any and all hikes in between! If you are looking to attend one of Lyons many festivals we are a 5min drive to Planet Blue Grass.

Any vehicle will be able to access our property. In winter AWD or 4WD are recommended anywhere in the Colorado Mountains. Just be aware while you stay where you will be adventuring to. In winter the property is plowed and shoveled.
Parking-Please do not park in front of the garage, this is our maintenance area. Please use the One Way road to get to your cabin to unload your things. Always go the same direction to get back to the parking lot. The road is not wide enough for two vehicles to pass each other in certain spots
