Why Staying with Elevate BNB Just Feels Different
You've booked a short-term rental before. You know the drill: a PDF of house rules, a lockbox code that may or may not work, and a host who responds to messages sometime the next day. We built Elevate BNB because we thought guests deserved better than that.
We're actually reachable
Every Elevate BNB property has a real person behind it. Text us before you arrive and we'll make sure the heat is on, the hot tub is up to temperature, and anything you flagged from your last stay is already sorted. We don't outsource our guest communication to a bot, and we don't disappear after check-in.
The properties are genuinely clean
We manage our own cleaning teams across every property. That means consistent standards, not a different contractor every time. Beds are made with hotel-quality linens, kitchens are stocked with the basics, and if something's not right when you arrive, we want to know immediately.
What you see is what you get
Our photos are taken after renovations are complete, not before. The kitchen in the listing is the kitchen you'll cook in. The hot tub in the photos is the one you'll soak in that night. We don't pad descriptions with amenities that are technically on the property but practically unusable.
We know Colorado
Our team lives here. We can tell you which trailhead at Rocky Mountain National Park is worth the early alarm, which Estes Park restaurant fills up by 6pm, and which roads get sketchy after a snowstorm. That local knowledge is yours to use, just ask.
Whether you're booking a solo cabin for a long weekend or a group house for a family reunion, the experience should feel easy from the moment you confirm. That's what we're working toward with every property we manage. See it for yourself: our Estes Park Cabin 2 and the Arvada Sauna and Game Room home are two good examples of what a well-managed property looks like in practice.
