What Makes Our Colorado Properties Different From the Rest

We manage properties across Colorado, from Estes Park cabins a few minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park to mountain retreats in Breckenridge, Alma, and Crested Butte. They're not all the same, and that's the point. Here's what you'll find across the portfolio and why it matters when you're choosing where to stay.

Every property has been renovated

We don't list properties as-is. Before a cabin goes live on our platform, it goes through a renovation process: new kitchens, updated bathrooms, fresh linens, and anything else that needs attention. The Estes Park cabins in particular have been transformed from dated motel-style units into comfortable, well-equipped spaces that feel like somewhere you'd actually want to spend a week.

Hot tubs are a standard, not a bonus

A large portion of our properties have private hot tubs. In Colorado, that's not a luxury add-on, it's part of the experience. After a day on the trails or the slopes, getting into a hot tub under a clear mountain sky is one of those things that makes the trip. We maintain them on a regular schedule so they're ready when you arrive.

The range covers every group size

We have studio cabins that sleep two and group houses that sleep 30. The Estes Park cabin collection is well-suited for couples and small groups. The larger homes in Arvada, Golden, Lakewood, and Westminster work well for family reunions, corporate retreats, and big birthday weekends. If you're not sure which property fits your group, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

Game rooms, saunas, and the extras that actually get used

Several of our properties have game rooms with pool tables, arcade machines, and shuffleboard. A few have barrel saunas. One in Lakewood has a swim spa. These aren't listed as afterthoughts. They're set up properly and maintained so they work when you want to use them.

Locations that put you close to what matters

The Estes Park cabins are five minutes from the RMNP entrance. The Breckenridge cabin is ten minutes from downtown. The Crested Butte property is close enough to walk to the village. We pick locations that make the trip easier, not ones that require a 45-minute drive every time you want to do something.

Properties with character

The Silver Plume creekside cabin sits right on the creek. The dome house in Cripple Creek is genuinely unlike anything else in the state. The Pine cabin has been standing for over a century. These aren't interchangeable boxes. Each one has something specific going for it, and we try to make sure that comes through in how we present and manage them.

Browse the full collection and filter by location, group size, or amenities. The Estes Park Luxury Cabin Retreat with five bedrooms and epic views is a good example of what the top end of the portfolio looks like. If you've got questions about a specific property, we're easy to reach.
